What "they" have told us about what we should be eating over the last 30 years has  been far from the truth.  Our role at CQ Good Health is to assist you in turning your life around and in understanding that your future health is all about "Self Care".  This means looking after your physical, psychological and emotional health.    Autoimmune diseases are at a pandemic level right around the world.   Autoimmune diseases that include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Inflammatory bowel disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Guillain-Barre Syndrome, Psoriasis, Celiac Disease, Diabetes and Cancer to name but only some of them.  The total number of people with diabetes in the year 2000 was 171 million and this number is projected to rise to 366 million by the year 2030.    The onset of diabetes in children has gone through the roof.  Children as young as ten years old and younger are being diagnosed with the disease.  This is a disease that 50 years ago was virtually unheard of in any age group.  Lets us empower you as to why this is happening and how you can turn it all around for you and your family.

At CQ Good Health we have designed a method that helps you make the commitment to change.  You might ask why our way is any different to the countless other ways you have tried to diet or change the way you eat.  The difference is that we are hands on with you. 

  David will bring you up to speed as to why the way we are eating now is causing catastrophic damage to our bodies and mind.  But it's not all bad news, in fact, it's all good news after that. 

  By understanding why bad things are happening to you and by building up your knowledge, this will give you the power to make the change.  With knowledge comes power, and also commitment because knowing is believing that it is indeed possible to turn your life around. 

  Jeraldin is a whizz  in the kitchen and has spent the last decade mastering how to cook using only healthy ingredients. 

  Becoming a CQ Good Health client gives you access to all our healthy cooking recipes and if you need a hand at mastering them in the kitchen then Jeraldin is there to lend a hand.

  We offer the option for her to get "hands on" with you in your kitchen and show you the secrets of not only healthy cooking but very yummy cooking as well.  This doesn't mean that meals become boring, quite the contrary.  Her meals are like eating in a restaurant every night and also include deserts.

She can even go shopping with you if you would like her to help you pick out the good stuff as opposed to the stuff most of us usually put into our trolleys. 

  What this all means is that you will be able to drop off those kilos and at the same time you will witness amazing things begin to happen.  Blood pressure returns to normal.  Skin rashes disappear.  Brain fog disappears.  Swollen joints return to normal.  Your libido returns.  In fact your whole body will start to repair itself and begin to function as it is meant to.

  Your biggest problem will be in deciding what to do with all the clothes that have become too large for you to wear anymore.

The Healthy Living Lifestyle for you and your family!

  Like the majority of Australians and people around the world I too believed their advice about eating more whole grain carbs, low fat and low cholesterol. 

  However, as I grew older, I also grew larger and it didn't seem to matter how much I exercised or how strict I kept to my "healthy" wholemeal breads, whole grains and low fat diet, I just kept putting the weight on. 

  Compared to many I was still considered fairly fit but I didn't feel fit inside and most of my fat was around my middle and I was beginning to get boobs bigger than my wifes.  My wife would joke about my "love handles" but once I reached 100 kgs I knew that we had to change the way we lived and more specifically, the way we ate.

  I began to research everything I could get my hands on and the more I read the more angry I became. 

  Our food industries and Government regulators don't want you to know the truth.  There is too much money involved and they continue to spin the myths surrounding our diets. 

  We have been continually told by Doctors, nutritionists and our governments and of course the food industry that all calories are the same.  Myths like "calories in and calories out", exercise more and eat less if you want to stay healthy and lose weight and if you don't do it it's your fault as all calories are the same and it's just about moderation. 

  So are we supposed to believe that that a can of soft drink with 250 calories is exactly the same as eight half cups of broccoli with 250 calories.  You don't have to be Einstein to know this is simply ridiculous.

​  It all sounds good but in reality it is nonsense. 

  I've always loved my food but it didn't seem natural that I was always hungry. 

  I have discovered why all these things took place and why none of it is our own fault.  Once you understand why these things happen and why it is that we become unhealthy, you can change the cause and set a path back to a healthy and active life.

  We don't have to be the "large" ones sitting on the sidelines watching others enjoy their sports or looking good in their swimwear on the beach.  But more importantly we don't have to be the ones using walkers or canes, or getting limbs amputated because our diabetes is out of control.  We don't have to be the ones getting stomach reduction surgery because we can no longer bare to even look in the mirror or because if we don't we are surely going to be bedridden until we die. 

  Let us help you find your path back to a healthy life and not only enjoy what life you have still to live but extend that time and more to the point, extend that time free of autoimmune diseases and poor health.
